DYNMCS STUDIO — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order through dynmcs studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

— ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once an order has been placed, customers will receive a confirmation through the provided contact details.

dynmcs studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with our policies.

— PAYMENTS

Payments are accepted through GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, and approved in-person transactions.

Orders under manual payment methods will only be processed once payment has been verified.

For meetup or in-person payments, orders will only be marked as paid after cash payment has been received.

— SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including contact details and barangay information when applicable.

dynmcs studio will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect customer information or courier-related issues.

— RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are considered final.

Returns and exchanges will only be accommodated in cases where:
• the wrong item was received
• the item arrived with major manufacturing defects

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the order together with clear photo documentation.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, misuse, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.

— PRODUCT DETAILS

Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, and print placement may occur due to lighting, screen differences, and the handmade or limited-production nature of certain pieces.

These are not considered defects.

— INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, graphics, branding, product designs, photographs, logos, and creative materials associated with dynmcs studio remain the intellectual property of the brand and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission.

— PRIVACY

Customer information submitted through the website will only be used for order processing, communication, shipping, and related operational purposes.

dynmcs studio does not sell or distribute customer information to third parties.

— POLICY CHANGES

dynmcs studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
