All orders are carefully prepared and packed by dynmcs studio.

Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing and preparation after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during releases, weekends, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Orders are shipped through selected local courier partners.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times:
• Luzon — 2–5 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao — 4–10 business days

These estimates are not guaranteed.

— ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been prepared and handed over to the courier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status after dispatch.

— SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:
• full name
• contact number
• complete address
• barangay information when applicable

dynmcs studio will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

— FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned due to:
• incorrect address
• unclaimed shipment
• unavailable recipient
• refused delivery

additional shipping fees may apply before the parcel can be shipped again.

— DELAYS

dynmcs studio is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
• courier disruptions
• weather conditions
• holidays
• operational interruptions
• force majeure events

— DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

Once the order has been transferred to the courier, delivery responsibility is shared with the shipping provider.

If issues occur during transit, customers may contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier whenever possible.

— INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may vary depending on location and release period.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
