DYNMCS STUDIO — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All pieces released by dynmcs studio are produced in limited quantities and handled with careful quality checking before shipment.
Please review all product details, sizing information, and order information carefully before placing an order.
— ALL SALES
All sales are considered final.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be accommodated under the following conditions:
• incorrect item received
• major manufacturing defect
• damaged item upon arrival
Requests outside of these conditions may not be approved.
— REQUEST PERIOD
Concerns must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the order.
Customers must provide:
• order number
• complete concern details
• clear photo and video documentation of the item and packaging
Requests submitted beyond the stated period may no longer be accommodated.
— NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Items will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange if:
• the item has been worn
• the item has been washed
• tags have been removed
• the item shows signs of misuse or alteration
• incorrect sizing was selected by the customer
• minor variations in stitching, texture, or print placement are present
Due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of limited production, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
— REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking operations.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect shipment from dynmcs studio.
— EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item or size is unavailable, alternative resolutions may be offered.
— CANCELLATIONS
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may no longer be cancelled.
