— ORDERS
Q: How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically prepared within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during releases and high-volume periods.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed, packed, or shipped.
Q: Can I change my order details after checkout?
Requests for changes involving address, contact details, sizing, or item selection must be submitted immediately after placing the order. Modifications cannot be guaranteed once preparation has started.

Q: How does “Pay in Person” work?
This option is intended for meetup transactions, studio pickups, and approved in-person payments. Orders will only be marked as paid once payment has been received.
Q: Where do I send proof of payment?
Proof of payment may be sent through our official communication channels together with your order number.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
• Luzon — 2–5 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao — 4–10 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on courier operations and location.
Q: Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes. Tracking details will be provided once the parcel has been prepared and handed over to the courier.
Q: What happens if I provide the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for returned or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Q: Are the pieces oversized?
Most dynmcs studio pieces feature a boxy and cropped silhouette. Please refer to the size guide before placing an order.
Q: Will sold out pieces return?
Selected pieces may return in limited quantities depending on availability and future releases.
Q: Why do some pieces have slight variations?
Minor differences in stitching, texture, print placement, and fabric appearance may naturally occur due to the nature of limited production and are not considered defects.

Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are considered final.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for:
• incorrect items received
• major manufacturing defects
• damaged items upon arrival
Q: How do I report a concern?
Concerns must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the order together with clear photo and video documentation.
