Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing information, shipping information, and payment details carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase through dynmcs studio, customers acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

— PURCHASE OPTIONS

Available payment methods may include:

• Maya
• Bank Transfer
• Pay in Person
• other approved payment methods provided during checkout

Orders placed through manual payment methods may require payment verification before processing.

dynmcs studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear incomplete, fraudulent, suspicious, or inconsistent with store policies.

— ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

During releases and high-volume periods, processing times may extend beyond standard estimates.

Customers will receive confirmation updates once the order has been prepared for shipment or pickup.

— CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they are:
• confirmed
• processed
• packed
• shipped

Once order preparation has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be accommodated.

Orders placed under manual payment methods that remain unpaid beyond the allowed payment period may be automatically cancelled.

— FAILED PAYMENTS & UNCLAIMED ORDERS

dynmcs studio reserves the right to cancel:
• unpaid orders
• unresponsive transactions
• meetup orders that were not claimed within the agreed schedule

Repeated bogus, abusive, or fraudulent transactions may result in future purchase restrictions.

— MODIFICATIONS

Requests for changes involving:
• shipping address
• contact details
• item variations
• sizing

must be submitted immediately after placing the order.

Modification requests cannot be guaranteed once order preparation has started.
